The Starter Container Build is the foundation of all our custom container projects. Designed for fast-launch concepts and first-time owners, this base model delivers a clean, engineered structure built for durability, usability, and future customization.

Base model pricing for an 8’ x 20’ shipping container starts at $8,600. This purchase represents a $3,000 deposit applied toward the base model and overall project total. Everything beyond the base model is customized to fit your specific vision and use.

The base model includes:

• 8’ x 10’ shipping container build

• Two engineered service windows with fully welded inner steel frames

• Heavy-duty 200 lb hydraulic struts on each service window

• Dual-Purpose Service Doors: Original container doors are precision-cut horizontally, allowing the lower section to function as a service counter (or accept a custom countertop), while the upper section swings fully open for service and doubles as a surface for menus, signage, or displays. When closed, the unit secures cleanly with no exposed components.

• Clean, finished structure ready for interior and exterior customization

• Designed for bar, retail, food, or creative use

Optional upgrades are available and quoted separately, including interior layouts, electrical, lighting, plumbing prep, exterior finishes, branding, audio options, solar lighting, paint, signage, trailer-mounted mobility, and delivery coordination.

This purchase represents a non-refundable $2,500 deposit toward a Starter Container Build with base pricing starting at $8,600. Final pricing is determined based on selected upgrades, mobility requirements, and delivery location. The remaining balance is due prior to fabrication.
